BLOG COMMENTS

When a visitor leaves a comment on the blog we collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.

CONTACT FORMS

If you contact us via our contact form we collect your name and email address in order to reply to your questions. We also ask where you heard about us. We do not use any of this information for marketing purposes.
We keep these details for a period of 2 years for customer services purposes.

We do not share your data with anyone other than companies necessary to fulfil your order e.g. shipping and mailing companies. International orders may not be shipped without a telephone number.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

We keep customer data for as long as is relevant or until you ask us to remove it.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username) Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
